Quality policy
MERISTEM, a company devoted to the manufacturing of fertilizers and biostimulants, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard to improve the service it provides to its clients.
The Management of MERISTEM approaches the Quality System as a way of organising the functioning of the organisation based on basic pillars such as the Quality of the products, client satisfaction and the constant improvement of System efficiency. To this end, the MERISTEM Quality Management System is based on:
- Quality and improving it is the responsibility of all the members of MERISTEM beginning with the Management.
- Quality is obtained by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, always bearing in mind the context of the organisation, both internal and external.
- Quality is aimed at the satisfaction of all our clients (and interested parties), through the commitment of the entire organisation to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products.
- Quality is based on the ongoing Improvement of production processes and service provision, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which preventing errors is a crucial aspect.
- Quality leads us to pay utmost attention to technological evolution and possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, therefore this Policy is dissemination and published for all the collaborators and staff at MERISTEM for the purposes of their knowledge and understanding.
